Shipped Items:

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  (We cannot offer return shipping labels unless it is a qualified quality or damage issue.)

If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order.

For a faster return process, please include a copy of your packing slip with a note stating why it was returned and if you want a replacement or refund.

Please include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and reason for the return in the package.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $5.50 reshipment fee.

In Store Pick Up Items:

Please return items to their original packaging, include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and reason for the return in the package.

You can drop off your return to The White Rabbit during their normal business hours, please email once you have dropped off the return, your refund or replacement will be issued within 48 hours after your drop off. Please do not ask the staff at our pick up location, The White Rabbit, to handle your return. They are only a pick up location and have no affiliation with Paris In A Cup.
