The inspiration for Paris In A Cup came about because of the many requests from our customers to re-open a tea room. Our tea room experience dates back to 1994 when we opened Someplace in Time's tea room. The Someplace in Time tea room was purchased from us in 2002, and was closed in 2005. Although we knew we wanted to go back in the direction of a fabulous tea room for our customers, we did not want to exactly reproduce our old style; therefore, we decided on a French theme, and the fun began.
Once our theme was chosen, we began our research on French tea salons. We scoured everything these unique and beautiful tea rooms have to offer, from their menus to furnishings and everything in between. We hunted for companies that import items from France including tableware, gourmet foods and beverages, as well as a countless array of other lovely novelties. Our inspiration stems from tea salons like Laduree', Angelin's, and Marriage Ferrer's, but we hope to create an image that is all our own at the same time.
We also enlisted the assistance of a wonderful photo-artist, Sharon Sakimoto, who has visited and photographed Paris nine times. She kindly worked with us to produce an image for our business cards, gift cards, and menus. We are honored to have her art grace our walls. We’re excited to let you know that a few old friends from our previous tea room have joined us to bring back some of your favorite sweets and savories (like the scones and baked potato soup) to name a few.
We are truly blessed to have had all this fall into place so well. We hope your tea experience with us will be as wonderful as we have planned for you.

In most situations Paris In A Cup is not an appropriate venue for children under the age of 8. If a child will be accompanying you please note that they must remain quietly seated at all times and will be asked to do so. Please inform us if you will be bringing a child when making a reservation.

Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of order (orders are not shipped Monday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). If you chose an express option the item is shipped the same day if order is placed by 11:00 AM PST, if the order is placed after 11:00 AM PST the order will ship the next business day. Please note that availability is noted on the item page.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

CANNOT ACCEPT INTERNET PURCHASE RETURNS.
PLEASE RETURN MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY.
We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for
all purchases returned within 1 month of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING TO US:
Please follow the instructions below to assure a prompt return or exchange (if item is damaged please contact customer service at 714-538-9411 before return). Enclose Copy of Invoice with the quantity returned, and reason for the return. Please indicate on the form whether this is a "Return" or "Exchange". Exchange merchandise can be ordered on the "Exchange Order Form".
2. Package return merchandise in its original packaging (box, poly bag, etc.)
3. For your protection, return merchandise via UPS or insured mail.
When an item is listed in the back-order (BO) column, it means the item is temporarily out of stock. If you would like to change or cancel a back-ordered item, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 714-538-9411.
On mail orders, we will notify you by mail if your order cannot be fulfilled within 60 days. In this instance, we must by law cancel your order unless you call or mail confirmation that you would like to wait. If your order is cancelled, we will promptly refund any prepaid amount. For all orders, if for any reason we cannot ship a back-ordered item within 30 days of the expected date, we will notify you by mail and must by law cancel your order unless you call or mail confirmation that you would like to wait.
About Discontinued Items
Due to difficulties in manufacturing or availability we must occasionally discontinue an item. An item may also be discontinued if we receive a shipment of inferior quality. To uphold our high standards of quality we will cancel the shipment rather than send anything of inferior quality to our customers. We apologize if an item being discontinued has disappointed you. If you call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 714-538-9411, we will make every effort to find an alternative item to meet your needs.
Please cancel your order within 24 hours, after 24 hours the order could be processed and shipped.
